Big shout out to Designers Folding Box, a local company here in Buffalo that helped me step up my packaging game. They worked with me to design a custom box that keeps my buffalos safe during shipping and looks clean when it arrives at your door.
I even made them their own custom Happi Buffalo to show some love for all the work they put in. Always feels good collaborating with other small businesses that care about the details as much as I do.

Our Creation Process

Design and Color
Using software, we fine-tune the digital design. We adjust settings like layer thickness and infill density for optimal results. Then, we select colors or materials for each part.

Printing
The digital model sliced into layers. The printer extrudes filament though a heated nozzle. Layer by layer, the printer builds the item bottom up.

Hand Assembly and Finish
Each Part is cleaned to remove any support material. The buffalo is assembled by hand. Then, most models get a coat of protective gloss finish.

I received my custom Buffalo in 2 days and let me tell you ! … ITS BEAUTIFUL!!!
